Executive Email Signature
C-suite signatures should feel inevitable: minimal, confident, and on-brand. Your title carries the weight — the design just needs to stay out of its way.
What every Executive signature needs
- Name, title, company — in that order
- Company logo only (skip the headshot)
- Single direct contact: assistant's line or scheduling link
- One brand color accent
- Pronouns if your company uses them
What to avoid
- Personal mobile (route through EA)
- Social handles other than LinkedIn
- Promotional banners — executives don't carry ads
Recommended style
Minimal or Corporate — single-column, generous whitespace.
