Display Awards & Badges

Add trust signals like awards, certifications, or partner badges to your signature.

Awards are small badge-style images that signal credibility — "Top Rated 2025", ISO certifications, partner logos, industry awards. They render inline next to your contact details.

Step by step

1. Open the Banner panel — Award badges share the Banner editor. Switch to the Content tab and scroll to Banner / Awards.
2. Upload each badge as a banner — Upload your award artwork. For a row of badges, use a single composite image (e.g. 400 × 60px) with all badges side-by-side — this is the most reliable layout across email clients.
3. Link to the awarding body — Add the URL of the award page or certifying organisation so recipients can verify.
4. Style the surrounding spacing — In the Styling tab, increase Section Spacing slightly so badges have breathing room from the rest of the signature.
5. Preview before export — Use the Live Preview to confirm the badges align cleanly. Resize the upload if anything looks oversized.

Tips

• Badges look best at 32–60px tall.
• Use transparent PNGs so badges blend with any background.
• Limit to 3–4 badges max — more starts to feel cluttered.
