Export Your Signature (HTML & PNG)

Get your signature into Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail or slide decks.

SignatureCraft exports two formats: table-based HTML for email clients, and a PNG snapshot for documents, decks or social posts. Both are generated entirely in your browser.

Step by step

  1. Open the Export panel — Click the Export tab in the editor (or "Export" in the mobile menu).
  2. Copy HTML — Click "Copy HTML". This copies clean, table-based markup that works in Gmail, Outlook (desktop + web), Apple Mail, Yahoo Mail and most others.
  3. Paste into your email client — Open your email client's signature settings and paste. For step-by-step instructions per client, open the Help panel inside the editor.
  4. Download a PNG snapshot — Click "Download PNG" to save a high-resolution image. Useful for slide decks, PDF documents, social bios or printable cards.
  5. Re-export anytime — Your signature stays saved locally. Edit it later, re-export, and replace the version in your email client.

Tips

  • Paste HTML into Gmail's signature box directly — do not paste into a plain-text field.
  • Outlook desktop sometimes strips formatting; if so, paste into the Outlook signature dialog rather than the message body.
  • PNG exports use 2× resolution for Retina-quality output.
