Upload and Size Your Logo

Get a crisp, properly proportioned logo that renders well everywhere.

Your logo is the anchor of your signature. Sizing and format matter — too large feels shouty, too small disappears on Retina screens. Here is how to get it right.

Step by step

  1. Open the Logo panel — In the editor Content tab, find the Logo section and click "Upload Logo".
  2. Choose the right format — PNG with a transparent background is best. SVG is not supported by most email clients — convert to PNG at 2× the display size for sharpness on Retina displays.
  3. Adjust the size slider — Use the size control to set the display width (typically 60–120px). The preview updates live so you can match it against your contact text height.
  4. Pick a layout — In the Styling tab, choose whether the logo sits left of your details (most common), above, or to the right. Drag the Logo section to reorder it relative to other content.
  5. Add alt text — Set the alt text to your company name so it still reads correctly when images are blocked.

Tips

  • Square or near-square logos sit best beside text.
  • Upload at 2× the display size (e.g. 240px wide for 120px display) for Retina clarity.
  • Avoid logos with thin lines — they pixelate when emails compress images.
